Meet Chris Kalian – Managing Partner of The Kali Group Florida. With a lifelong passion for “making things better…”, Chris has been involved for more than 25 years in buying, building and selling businesses and real estate.  As the managing partner of Ridge Partners, Chris was responsible for buying, building and selling businesses in the New York metropolitan marketplace.  For the last decade his core focus has been on buying, building and selling real estate in the New York and Florida market(s).
